The UPROz Coil Resistance Trainer was developed as a safe training system to improve an athletes speed, agility and power. The unique design permits both flexion and extension of muscle fibers, without causing direct impact upon engagement and/or disengagement of the athlete or trainer. The Coil System technology allows a smooth increase of resistance, which develops an athletes balance, game speed, quickness and power.
